Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your e-mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a new email box in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox you would like to forward email messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
